Your host accompanies the group for the duration of the holiday, ensuring you have a great holiday and will help address any issues or concerns you might have.

All of your holiday payments are fully bonded (which means they go into special protected accounts that cannot be accessed until after your holiday). With ATOL and ABTA bonding, your holiday payments are fully protected.
The ATOL protection scheme has been put in place to protect holidaymakers’ money or even being stranded overseas in the event of an airline or tour operator going out of business. ATOL licence holders have to lodge bonds with the CAA, which in the case of any financial failure will provides refunds and cover arrangements for families to finish their holidays and fly home. Your holiday money is protected under our ATOL licence, 6042.
